Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • All original tags still attached
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Free of marks, scents, makeup, or any signs of wear
  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@vowandvelvet.shop with the subject line Return — Order #[your order number]. Include your reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or size exchange.

We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are our priority. If the fit isn't right, contact us as soon as your order arrives and we will do everything we can to get your correct size to you quickly.

Exchange availability is subject to stock. If your required size is unavailable, you will receive a full refund instead. We do not charge additional shipping for exchanges on eligible items.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we confirm receipt. Your bank's processing time may add additional days beyond this.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or misrepresentation on our part.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or materially different from how it was described. In those cases, we will cover return shipping in full.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Vow & Velvet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.

Ordering for an event? Order at least 3 weeks in advance. This gives you time to receive the dress, try it on, and exchange for a different size if needed — all before your event date.

Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vowandvelvet.shop with photos. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
