All US orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times are estimates and do not include any customs clearance delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer — they are not collected by Vow & Velvet at checkout.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering. Vow & Velvet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@vowandvelvet.shop and we will investigate immediately.
Ordering for an event? We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your event date. This allows time for standard delivery plus a size exchange if needed. For urgent orders, select expedited shipping and contact us so we can prioritise your dispatch.
Incorrect address? Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect parcels. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address.
